Pulse Onboard respects the privacy of users, customers and partners. This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed within the Pulse Onboard environment.

NextGen Leads & Consultancy, trading as Pulse Onboard, is the controller responsible for processing personal data as described in this Privacy Policy.

AI features may be used within the Pulse Onboard environment to generate answers, analyses, insights and operational support. AI output remains supportive in nature and does not replace human review.

Pulse Onboard may use external infrastructure, hosting, analytics and AI service providers where necessary for the platform to function. Appropriate agreements are made with relevant processors in accordance with the GDPR.

Where personal data is processed on behalf of customers, the applicable Data Processing Agreement forms an integral part of the relationship.
