Definitions](#_1-definitions) **Pulse Onboard:** NextGen Leads & Consultancy, trading as Pulse Onboard. **User:** every natural person who obtains access to the Pulse Onboard environment. **Customer:** the organization or natural person using the platform. **Platform:** the complete Pulse Onboard environment, including workflows, onboarding structures, AI features, knowledge infrastructure, dashboards, modules and analytics. **Knowledge:** all submitted information, documents, workflows, operational knowledge and data. **AI output:** all answers, analyses, insights, summaries and suggestions generated by the platform. ## [2. Applicability](#_2-applicability) This User Agreement applies to every user of the Pulse Onboard environment. It supplements the General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, applicable Data Processing Agreement and any supplementary agreements. By using the platform, the user confirms acceptance of this agreement. ## [3. Access and use](#_3-access-and-use) The user receives limited, personal and non-transferable access to the Pulse Onboard environment. Access is intended solely for internal operational support, onboarding, knowledge enablement, knowledge management, communication and operational workflows. Accounts may not be shared without Pulse Onboard’s permission. The user remains responsible for keeping sign-in details confidential and using the platform with due care. ## [4. Use of knowledge and AI features](#_4-use-of-knowledge-and-ai-features) The platform processes knowledge and data to generate realtime answers, operational support, analyses and insights. The user acknowledges that AI output may be interpretive, incomplete or incorrect and does not replace human review. The user remains responsible for interpreting output, decisions based on analyses and verification of information. ## [5. Prohibited use](#_5-prohibited-use) The user may not reverse engineer the platform, reproduce workflows commercially, scrape the platform, circumvent security measures, or develop competing solutions based on confidential Pulse Onboard workflows or knowledge infrastructure. The platform may be used only in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. ## [6. Confidentiality](#_6-confidentiality) The user must treat all non-public information concerning the platform as confidential. Confidential information includes Pulse Onboard workflows, onboarding structures, prompts, dashboards, analytics, configurations and operational methodologies. ## [7. Privacy and personal data](#_7-privacy-and-personal-data) Use of personal data within the platform remains subject to the Privacy Policy, GDPR and applicable Data Processing Agreement. The user may process personal data only where a valid legal basis exists. ## [8. Logging and monitoring](#_8-logging-and-monitoring) Pulse Onboard may log usage data, metadata and interactions for platform security, monitoring, analysis, support and optimization. ## [9. Availability and changes](#_9-availability-and-changes) Pulse Onboard aims to provide professional and stable platform availability. Features may change, be expanded or be temporarily restricted. ## [10. Intellectual property](#_10-intellectual-property) All rights in the platform, Pulse Onboard workflows, onboarding structures, dashboards, analytics, prompts, AI features and knowledge infrastructure belong exclusively to Pulse Onboard. The user receives only a limited right of use under this agreement. ## [11. Liability](#_11-liability) To the extent permitted by law, Pulse Onboard is not liable for interpretations of AI output, decisions based on analyses, indirect or consequential loss, or disruptions caused by external service providers. Use of the platform remains the responsibility of the user and/or customer organization. ## [12. Termination of access](#_12-termination-of-access) Pulse Onboard may restrict, suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of this agreement, security risks, misuse or reverse engineering. ## [13. Changes](#_13-changes) Pulse Onboard reserves the right to amend this User Agreement. The most recent version applies. ## [14. Governing law](#_14-governing-law) This agreement is governed exclusively by Dutch law.
